💖 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Social Sundaze, we want every piece you order to feel just right. If it doesn’t, no worries — we make returns and exchanges smooth, quick, and hassle-free.


🕒 RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be:

  • 👕 Unworn and unwashed

  • 🏷️ In its original condition, with all tags attached

  • 📦 In original packaging

  • 🧾 Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • 📬 Postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return label


💰 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email update.

  • ✅ Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • 🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔄 EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? We’ve got you covered.

  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and approved.

  • Availability depends on current stock levels.


📮 RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING

  • ✉️ We’ll send you a pre-paid USPS return label for easy mailing.

  • 💵 A $20 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • 🔁 For exchanges, a $20 shipping and restocking fee must be approved and paid before processing.

  • 📦 If you choose to use your own label, Social Sundaze isn’t responsible for lost or missing packages.


🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We happily accept international returns and exchanges under these terms:

  • 💸 Shipping Costs: All return and exchange shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Pre-paid labels are not provided.

  • 🧾 Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.


🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged.
